Britney Spears announces new Las Vegas residency Britney: Domination
Britney Spears has announced that she will be returning to Las Vegas next year with a brand new residency called “Britney: Domination”.
After teasing a huge announcement on The Ellen Show last week, Britney confirmed the exciting news last night via a live stream on Ellen DeGeneres’ YouTube channel.
“Britney: Domination” will launch at Park Theater, at the new Park MGM resort in February 2019. Kicking off on February 13, Britney will perform 32 dates between then and August 17.

According to the official press release, “Britney: Domination” will embody Britney’s “strong, take-charge attitude” and is “designed to give her fans and concertgoers an immersive experience”, bringing them “closer to the excitement than ever before as they party, dance and sing along to her amazing catalogue of hit songs.”
Speaking about her new residency, Britney said: “I am so happy to be returning to my second home – Las Vegas! I’m working on a brand-new show and I’m so excited for my fans to see it! It’s going to be so much fun being back on stage and I can’t wait to perform at Park Theater.”
Bill Hornbuckle, President of MGM Resorts International, added: “Britney Spears has been a fan favorite in the pop music world and a leader in the entertainment industry for more than 20 years. “Britney: Domination” follows on from Britney’s record-breaking “Piece of Me” residency which opened in 2013. Marking the first contemporary performer to undertake a residency, the “Piece of Me” show saw Britney perform over 250 shows across four years, selling almost one million tickets.
